What Are a Distributor's Obligations under RoHS?
If a supplier qualifies as a distributor under RoHS, the supplier must:
- Verify that all distributed products have a CE marking; and
- Verify that all distributed products have RoHS documentation from manufacturers and importers.
Suppliers who qualify as distributors under RoHS must keep all documentation showing they complied with these obligations with respect to each product for 10 years from the last date of distributing the given product.
