What Are an Authorized Representative's Obligations Under RoHS?
If a supplier qualifies as a distributor under RoHS, the supplier must:
Keep up to date RoHS declarations of conformity with regard to each product; and
Provide declarations of conformity to authorities as requested.
Suppliers who qualify as authorized representatives under RoHS must keep all documentation showing they complied with these obligations with respect to each product for 10 years.
