What Is the IPC-175x Standard?

IPC-175x stands for one of several material declaration standards for supply chain participants to exchange data about products. All IPC-175X standards are based on XML schema.

There are several standards within the IPC-175X family. IPC-1752A and IPC-1752B are material declaration standards. These standards are used to format data regarding the composition of products, such as the data that supply chain participates must communicate under RoHS. IPC-1754 is a specialized materials declaration standard for aerospace and defense-related industries.
