OEHHA stands for the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment. OEHHA is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA).

OEHHA is in charge of administering the Prop 65 chemical list. OEHHA reviews and determines whether a chemical should be included in the Prop 65 list, and whether it should have a safe harbor concentration.
